Stay was good. Great TV on Ssat evening to watch hurling. Rom comfortable. Would have prefered twin over double but ok.

Small leak in roof near roof window... allows some drops of water in druing heavy rain on Sunday morning (room 201)

Really welcoming hotel in the centre of Clare Galway. The staff were really friendly and efficient. We had bar food in the evening and breakfast. Both fresh and delicious! The Hotel room was spotless.

The rroom was clean and there was body lotion and clean towels.

No coffee or kettle in the room. It was not valie for money as it was too basic.

Lovely newly renovated rooms, extremely comfortable new bed. All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating,Cleanliness was to an exceptionally high standard. Excellent location so near Galway city and beyond.

The politeness and helpfulness of the staff is great , it also close to the city and beautiful surrounding area

It's keenly priced the staff are friendly

The window blind would stay closed down just needs fixing. Also the water in the shower went cold after a few mins. Apart from that happy with everything. These are only small things I stay regularly and will always come back.

Another lovely stay at the Arches hotel. Beautiful food and a lovely clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was very cosy and compact. Not much noise. A good breakfast in the morning. Good Transport service to Hotel.

The TV in my room did not have a lot of Channels .No BBC ,ITV Channels or Channel 4 and its subsidaries.

Food good quality, staff very friendly and hotel very clean & quiet

There was no one at check in on arrival but bar staff were helpful - maybe info on wifi, breakfast, bar food times etc would be helpful as wasn't given. However all staff I met were very accommodating when asked and extremely friendly. I would have no problem recommending

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I so enjoyed the stay, the hotel is clinically clean, the mattress and room were very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was excellent, especially the full booked breakfast that they opened early to cook for me. I was stay for through work and I will stay here again if ever in Galway.

The hotel has alot of parking, it was tricky to find the reception !!! No complaint, really.
