Hotel Reservations

Payments:
Your credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation, so do ensure you have your card to hand when booking over the phone. No charge will be made at the time of booking (*excluding any prepaid offers). Reservations that are cancelled outside of our cancellation policy will incur a penalty, which amounts to a one night’s stay which will be deducted from the card provided at the time of booking.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Where a card should decline, they also reserve the right to advice the guest of this and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.

If payments are made in cash upon arrival, a security measure of a credit card will be requested as a pre-authorisation on the room, along with photo id. Photo id may include passport or driving license.

•  Group bookings may have different cancellation policies depending on the contractual agreements made directly through the hotel.
• Corporate bookings may also have different cancellation policies depending on the contractual agreements made directly through the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your booking, either manage your booking through The Arches official website, or contact the hotel directly by 2pm (local time, 48 hours prior to arrival). If you are cancelling 24 hours prior contact the hotel directly by 2pm (local time), there will be a ‘cancellation fee’ of the cost of one night’s stay.  

Non-Arrival:
In the event of a guest(s) non-arrival (no-show), an amount equal to the value of the first night’s accommodation charge will be applied to the card attached to the booking that was used to guarantee the booking or billed back to the company where the credit facilities are established to compensate the hotel for its loss of earnings (‘the cancellation fee’).

 Special Instructions:
Any special request or instructions you may have, you can address them in the ‘Additional Comments’ section of your booking, or you can email or phone us directly.

Smoke Free Hotel:
All our rooms are Non-Smoking, should we detect guest(s) are smoking in the room the property has the right to investigate. If guest(s) are found to be smoking in the room, guests will incur a €150 cleaning charge on your bill.

The Arches Hotel may change any aspect of the site or it’s content, including the availability, features, information, rates, or other content at any time and without notice. The information and prices on this site are not ‘live’ and are updated periodically. We at The Arches make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices are correct and up to date, regrettably, errors do occasionally occur. Where prices or information is posted on the The Arches official website incorrectly due a technical or human error, we shall not be bound by such price. The prices or any discounts shown on this site are applicable to TheArchesHotel.com only and may vary from the prices offered for the same service through alternatives sales channels.
